Hydraulically driven chainsaw The Cutmaster Basichas been specially developed for use in cutting devices and firewood harvesters. The saw can be supplied with various sizes of powerful hydyraulic motors which drive the chain with a cutting speed of 20m/s. Due to the large selection of sword lengths (54cm to113cm) the Cutmaster Basic can be used very variably. The chain is tensioned by a set screw and lubricated by the integrated lubrication system. Grapple saw Cutmaster Basic The grapple saw may be attached to different grippers on excavators, cranes or front loaders. For this purpose, three different sizes are available. The saw as well as the lubrication oil tank are mounted in the blade protection which can be attached to your gripper via oblong holes. The size of the sword protection is adjusted to the length of your blade. Should you wish to mount a longer sword, this is possible. The blade then protrudes from the front of the protection. The saw is equipped with a powerful 9.3 kW hydraulic motor which drives the chain to a cutting speed of 20.3 metres/s. Electrically driven chainsaw The Cutmaster Electronic has been specially developed for use in cut-to-length devices and automatic splitting machines. The saw is available with powerful electric motors from German manufacturers in various sizes, which drive the chain at a cutting speed of 20 m / s. The chain is tensioned by a set screw and lubricated by the integrated lubrication system. Hydraulically driven chainsaw The Cutmaster Speed has been specially developed for use in cutting devices and firewood harvesters. The saw can be supplied with a powerful Parker axial piston motor, two sizes of which are available. This motor drives the chain with a cutting speed of up to 60 metres/s. Motor size 6ccm: 50 KW – 67 litres/min (at 400bar) Motor size 10ccm: 85 KW – 110 litres/min (at 400bar) While the motors do not have to be driven with a 400 bar pump, please bear in mind that in case of a 200 bar pump, only half the capacity can be reached while the speed remains unchanged. Due to the large selection of sword lengths (54cm to 135cm), the Cutmaster Speed can be used very variably. The chain is tensioned by a set screw and lubricated by the integrated lubrication system.
