Chain wheel sprockets Available in various pitches Pitch 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 Pitfch 14 is the standard in our Cumaster Basic.   Pitfch 14 is the standard in our Cumaster Speed. Pitfch 14 is the standard in our Cumaster Electro. The chain sprockets all have a pitch of 404 and a 25 mm borehole with featherkey notches.

Lubrication oil tank for assembly in the blade protection The lubricating oil tank has been developed to fit perfectly into our blade protection. The tank holds approx. 1 l of lubricating oil.

Lubrication oil tank for direct assembly The lubricating oil tank can be mounted directly on the Cutmaster Basic, Speed or Electric.The tank holds approx. 1 l of lubricating oil.

Micro throttle valve The micro throttle valve is perfectly suitable wherever precise control is required for small volume flows.The integrated non-return valve throttles the volume flow from 'A' to 'B', while there is free flow from 'B' to 'A'. Connections: G1/8" The throttle is used to adjust the swing speed of the saw.

Pressure reducing valve Functionality Once the pressure in 'U' is reached, the valve blocks the passage between 'E' and 'U' to keep the pressure 'U' constant.If the pressure in 'U' is exceeded, it can be relieved via 'Dr'. This does not influence the upstream pressure in 'E'. Since it is a single-acting valve, it allows a free oil return from 'U' to 'E' Adjustment range from 5 to 50 bar. Connections: G3/8" The pressure reducing valve is used to adjust the pressure on the swing cylinder.

The chains are suitable for all our saws.They have got a 404 division and the chain size is 2 mm. We exclusively use quality chains (half chisel) made by the Stihl coppany.

Saw-bar The saw swords are suitable for all our saws. With the Harvester pitch of 404, the necessary stability is achieved. The specified length is the total length, some 10 cm of which are needed for clamping in the saw. This means that e.g. the available lengh of a sword measuring 75 cm is approx. 65 cm.

Set of hydraulic flanges for Vivoil motor The set of hydraulic flanges consists of a flange for the pressure side with a 1/2" female thread and a flange for the return side with a 3/4" female thread. The flanges are screwed onto the motor of the Cuatmaster Basic. Following that, your hydraulic hoses are connected to the flanges.

Welding holder for the Cutmaster Basic The holder is suitable for firewood harvesters or cutting units. It is simply welded onto your construction and then the saw can be mounted. The holder has got a thickness of 10 mm.
